Arsenal defender, Jakub Kiwior, has failed to nail down a permanent slot in the team, despite the injuries at the back. Kiwior was culpable for the error for the second goal when Arsenal visited Bournemouth.
When Gabriel got injured in the 2-2 draw with Liverpool, Kiwior was subbed on in his stead and struggled to keep up with the pace of the game and could have done better, alongside Myles Lewis-Skelly to stop Mohamed Salah from scoring the heartbreaking equalizer.
Napoli interested in signing Kiwior
Arsenal may be open to selling Kiwior, especially with the presence and emergence of new signing, Riccardo Calafiori, and their wishes can come through with Football Ezpress reporting that Napoli is interested in signing the Polish defender.
Kiwior will not require any adaptation in Italy, having joined Arsenal from Spezia.
The Polish defender has started only two games this season, with both clashes coming in the EFL Cup victories against Bolton Wanderers and Preston North End. He has made four substitute appearances in the Premier League and one in the Champions League. With Kiwior failing to lock down a first team berth, he certainly will be open to leaving the club in pursuit of regular football, and with Antonio Conte playing with a back three, he could have a great chance as a left center back.
