Arsenal and Paris Saint-Germain have both confirmed their travelling squads ahead of Saturday’s Champions League final in Budapest.
Mikel Arteta’s side face the Champions League holders at 5pm on Saturday, looking to cap a memorable season after winning the Premier League trophy just days ago.
The Gunners have travelled to Hungary with full-back Jurrien Timber included in the squad, offering a potential boost ahead of the showpiece occasion.
Timber has been sidelined since March after picking up a groin injury, but he was pictured boarding the plane on Thursday and took part in training this week.
The Dutchman could potentially be available for selection when Arsenal face PSG in what promises to be a fascinating contest.
PSG have also received positive injury news, with both Ousmane Dembele and Achraf Hakimi included in Luis Enrique’s travelling squad for the final.
Dembele suffered an injury in PSG’s final Ligue 1 game of the season against Paris FC and had not been taking part in training heading into the week.
Hakimi, who scored against Arsenal in last year’s semi-final, has been absent since the first leg of this year’s semi-final against Bayern Munich.
The fact that both players have made the journey to Budapest suggests they could be available for selection when the two sides meet on Saturday.
Arsenal’s travelling squad includes goalkeepers David Raya, Kepa Arrizabalaga and Tommy Setford, with defenders Ben White, Myles Lewis-Skelly, Cristhian Mosquera, Piero Hincapie, William Saliba, Riccardo Calafiori, Gabriel Magalhaes and Timber.
Declan Rice, Martin Odegaard, Martin Zubimendi and Eberechi Eze make up the midfield options available to Arteta in Hungary this weekend.
Gabriel Jesus, Viktor Gyokeres, Noni Madueke, Leandro Trossard, Kai Havertz and Bukayo Saka are among the forward options named in Arsenal’s squad.
PSG’s squad features goalkeeper Lucas Chevalier, Matvey Safonov and Renato Marin, while Marquinhos, Lucas Hernandez, Nuno Mendes, Willian Pacho, Lucas Beraldo and Illia Zabarnyi form the defensive contingent.
Fabian Ruiz, Vitinha, Senny Mayulu, Dro Fernandez, Warren Zaire-Emery and Joao Neves provide midfield options for Luis Enrique’s side in Budapest.
Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Goncalo Ramos, Desire Doue, Lee Kang-In, Bradley Barcola, Quentin Ndjantou and Ibrahim Mbaye complete the PSG forward options alongside Dembele.
